Home Practice Guide
One guide for all 50 Questions & Answers topics. Start with the level that suits the learner.
1. Choose a topic and level
Start with Starter, Beginner or Elementary. Try a longer answer when ready.
2. Before every answer: listen OR say the question
Listen to the question, or say the question aloud yourself. If you already know how to say it, you do not need to listen again. Repeat this step before each level’s answer, even when the question is the same.
3. Choose how to answer
Option A: listen to the model answer and copy it aloud. Option B: give your own answer aloud. Choose one option for each attempt; you do not need to do both.
4. Repeat and move on
Practice again if useful. Move to another level or question when ready. Each new attempt begins with hearing or saying the question.
For parents
Help the learner find the page, choose a level and speak aloud. Encourage them without answering for them. You do not need to speak English or correct every word.
Only these instructions change language. The practice questions, answers and audio stay in English.
