Stewart decides to make pizza for his friends. He lights a wood fire in the outdoor oven. The flames heat the bricks while he gets ready. In a large bowl, he mixes flour and water. He kneads the dough until it feels smooth. Then he stretches it into a wide, round base. Stewart spreads tomato sauce across the dough. He adds cheese and slices of fresh tomato. A little seasoning gives the pizza more flavour. He slides the pizza onto a long wooden paddle. Then he places it inside the very hot oven. Stewart watches the cheese begin to bubble.
