Andrew and Beth arrive for a beach outing. She carries towels while he brings their bag. They look forward to playing by the sea. First, they spread their towels on the sand. His is blue, whereas hers is bright red. They paddle where the water is shallow. Each wave washes sand from their feet. Andrew digs while Beth fills her bucket. They use wet sand to build towers. Their sandcastle grows as they work together. After playing, they settle down for lunch. Both enjoy sandwiches with fruit and water. There is enough food for them to share. As evening comes, Andrew carries their things. Beth takes the towels on their walk home.
