At dawn, Bruce inspected his cattle. The cows gathered eagerly beside the gate. He refilled their water and brought fresh feed. As they ate, he checked each animal for illness. Thankfully, all the cattle appeared healthy. Nearby, clusters of palm fruit were ready to cut. Bruce harvested them and filled his truck. He drove the load to a nearby processing plant. The workers weighed and examined the fruit. Only sound bunches were accepted for processing. The fruit would be pressed to produce palm oil. Bruce collected his payment and headed home. Before resting, he visited the cattle once more. They were calm and safely inside the field. Tired but satisfied, he ended his productive day.
